To make use:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (plus a whole wedge if you're feelin' it)
- 1 - 2 cups ice
- 3 strawberries, whole
- Handful of blackberries
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 scoop of Resilience Collagen Pink Berry Protein
- 1 cup water (or use your favorite type of milk)
Blend it all up in a blender and enjoy!
