Brooke Ence's Lemon Berry Protein Shake

 

Join Brooke Ence in making a delicious berry protein shake using her new Resilience Collagen. Get the protein you need to recover and a refreshing post workout treat all in one!

To make use:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (plus a whole wedge if you're feelin' it)
  • 1 - 2 cups ice
  • 3 strawberries, whole
  • Handful of blackberries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 scoop of Resilience Collagen Pink Berry Protein
  • 1 cup water (or use your favorite type of milk)

Blend it all up in a blender and enjoy!
