6 Minute Abs with Med Ball

This Washboard Wednesday is very different than most workouts we experience in CrossFit style training. We will only need you and a med ball and maybe a watch. You are going to execute a Russian twist and an overhead balance hold. The goal is to work for :30 for the twists and :30 for the hold then we will repeat this for the 6 rounds. Yes peeps, that is 6 minute abs at its finest. Grab a ball, don’t be afraid to scale the weight but your goal this week is to pace so you can actually WORK as much of the provided time as possible. The more you work and less you rest the better the results will be for this one, pace those twists.
