How can I update my order?

Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to modify your order. If you made a mistake while ordering, please email us immediately at info@fnxfit.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order ships we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for delivery.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to modify an order after it has been submitted.

What if I forgot to use my discount code at checkout?

*Please be aware that discount codes will not apply to ANY subscription purchase, including the Victory Box. If a discount code box is not available at checkout, please select the one-time purchase option of the item.

Payment and Shipping

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Paypal and Amazon checkout.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Where do you ship to?

Currently within the United States and Canada.

We do offer international shipping to select countries. The available countries will appear when entering the shipping info. *Please note: Estimated duties and taxes are due upon arrival.

When will my order ship?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business after received. As soon as the order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Please note all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

*There could be extended shipping delays due to COVID19.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@fnxfit.com as soon as possible.

Due to our fast turnaround time, incorrect address information needs to be submitted within 10 minutes of placing the order.

What if my order is marked delivered but is nowhere to be found?

If your order has been marked as DELIVERED by USPS or another carrier and is nowhere to be found, please email info@fnxfit.com as soon as possible.

After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and if package can not be located, we require a 36 hour wait time to ensure USPS/other carrier will not make another attempt for delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

If for any reason, within 30 days from purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your supplements, we will refund the purchase price.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once a return is approved, we will email you a return label to send the unopened product back to our warehouse. Once the product is received, a refund will be issued. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@fnxfit.com with your order number and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!
