Washboard Wednesday this week is a combo of our Tuesday tip of the week movement and another new fun one! The goal here is to move with quality and purpose and the results will be high! Here is the workout:
12 minute AMRAP (as many rounds and reps as possible):
- 40 yards Lateral Bear Crawl
- 12 Turkish Get-Ups (6 each arm)
The challenge will be to move at a consistent steady pace on the Turkish get ups even as you start to breathe heavy. As your fill your belly with air and have to move to the floor and still stabilize the load over your head, that is when the workout really starts!
