Shoulder health is something that a lot of people talk about nowadays. Not only do we use the shoulders a lot in CrossFit and in training for health and wellness in general but we are battling against so many bad habits we have all created through the over exposure to sitting and using technologies like computers and phones. Dr. Sean briefly explains that it is important for you, yourself, to be able to assess what you should and should not be doing with your shoulders in training.
