Farmer Carry and Overhead Squats

It's Washboard Wednesday and that means another workout to work on those abs. For this workout, it is important to strategize your weight with your ability to do the movements unbroken. I want you to be able to keep the intensity high, but you should be able to get the work done with little rest in between.

5 Rounds for Time:

  • 20 yard Farmers Carry on each side (total 40 yards)
  • 8 Overhead Squats with Kettlebell or Dumbbell each side (total 16)
