It's Washboard Wednesday and that means another workout to work on those abs. For this workout, it is important to strategize your weight with your ability to do the movements unbroken. I want you to be able to keep the intensity high, but you should be able to get the work done with little rest in between.

- 20 yard Farmers Carry on each side (total 40 yards)
- 8 Overhead Squats with Kettlebell or Dumbbell each side (total 16)
