- 12 Toe to Bars
Short and fast, but pretty destructive. If you guys don’t commonly do weighted GHD sit up work consider a lighter load or even scaling the reps back a touch. Go fast, go unbroken and get the gains. Be sure to use #washboardwednesday and have some fun!
