Jump Start Your Day with a Cold Shower!

Cold showers seem so out of logic in today’s privileged society. But you’d think different if we lived many many years ago before hot water and water heaters were so accessible in everyones house. The truth is that hot water has done some good for us in terms of comfort and potentially boiling water to clean and sterilize things, but some will argue its done more harm than good. Our introduction to bathing in luke warm water is what brought on influenza and all the dry hair and nails and skin that most people suffer from today. But before I go too far down the rabbit hole…that is not even what this post is about….its about the benefits of cold water in health, performance and mindset.
