How does it work?
Phosphatidic Acid (PA) is the missing ingredient to gaining the muscle mass you are working so hard for! PA is a naturally occurring plant nutrient that has a direct ability to activate the mammalian target of rapamycin (M-tor). This molecule, M-tor, is essential for muscle growth, protein synthesis and energy production. Commonly our bodies are fighting for homeostasis between muscle protein synthesis (MPS) and muscle protein breakdown (MPB), but when we want to gain muscle this makes it harder! Revolt's ability to spark M-tor and essentially increase MPS and decrease MPB is the key to making your hard work in the gym and protein you digest go strictly to building more muscle!
This product is best taken 30 minutes prior to training and then within 30 minutes post training. Take 1 capsule before and 1 capsule afterward. On rest days, take your 2 capsules with your first meal fo the day.
Due to the pre and post timing nature of Revolt it is best taken with your preworkout (Recharge, Reinforce) before training and then with your post workout shake of Refuel, Reform or Resilience.
What may be most important to remember is that without adequate protein intake this product isn’t as valuable. While it can still influence the M-tor cycle, it simply won’t have the same effects without the protein present in your system. For weight gain we suggest you take 1 gram of protein in per pound of body weight every day. If you can’t eat this from real food then use Refuel, Reform and Restart to help you supplement those needs.
