The One Thing that Drastically Changed How I Train

Real talk this week folks. My body hurt real bad this time last year. Not so smart training, which means I didn’t warm up or cool down as well as I had been in years past because of #dadlife #entrepreneur #coach #husband. You get the idea, I was busy. Because I didn’t prioritize these things well and was training really hard, it caught up with me over time. I had to take this past season off of training hard and in fact didn’t workout at all for months because of how I physically felt.

I started being almost religious about how often I took our Renew and even upped the dosage of the prescribed amount on the bottle and it was a game changer. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules each night before bed and I have felt amazing for the past 6 months or so. Now that I am back to training (no intent to necessarily compete but just to live and thrive and be as fit as possible) my joints don’t ache, I don’t feel like I need to warm up for 30 minutes to train and I feel as though I recover better day to day.
