Wednesday Challenge: 7 Pull Challenge

Alright this is a challenge anyone can take part in! We wanted to do something fun to engage the community and this is what we got. We did this as a gym here at our FNX facility about 2 weeks ago and thought some of you all would want to give it a go!

The goal is to establish the highest possible wattage on the rower in 7 strokes. From the time you pick up the paddle and pull, that counts as 1 of your 7 so you better be pulling strong and fast. At any point through the 7 strokes your score is the highest wattage that appears throughout. Get in the gym, and use this as your warm up let’s see if you can beat some of our scores from the video! And watch and listen closely to see if there is a prize in store for the strongest pull out there!
