How does your ambassador program work?
Our Ambassador Program represents an elite group of fitness minded individuals who embody the spirit of FNX. As an exclusive program, admission is by invite only. If you feel you make a good fit for our program we would love to hear from you and we will review your information. You can submit your application here. As an ambassador you'll have access to:
- 25% off FNX products for life
- 10% commissions from sales you send our way
- 15% off for your followers
How long does it take to review my application?
Our team reviews each application by hand. Due to the large volume of applications we receive, it may take us up to 24 hours to review.
What is required as an ambassador?
All we ask is that you post twice (2) a month on your preferred social media pages. Post on Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, or anywhere else people will find your code to use. Tag us with @fnx_fit and a hashtag or two: #fnxambassador, #iLiVE, or #RiseTogether.
If you want to increase your chances of getting reposted by us, post on Instagram! We also repost Instagram stories on Fridays.
Lastly, make a commitment to yourself to Rise Up! With your help we can make the world a little brighter in and out of the gym!
When will I receive my lifetime code?
Your lifetime code will be emailed to you. Check your spam folder if you're not receiving emails from us.
Can I change my personal coupon code to share with my followers?
You sure can! You can customize your personal code to share with your followers in your ambassador dashboard. If you customize your code - it will be effective immediately!
When do I get access to my ambassador dashboard?
Immediately after your initial purchase you will receive an invitation to setup your ambassador dashboard.
What will my ambassador dashboard give me?
You'll have the ability in the dashboard to track your progress as an ambassador. You'll be able to see statistics on your efforts. You'll also be able to track commissions. Additionally you'll have access to tools to better help you share. A media kit with information about our products. You'll also have access to customize your personal code to share with your followers and a personalized link you can share.
Why am I required to make a purchase?
We ask that you place an initial ambassador order so that you can get familiar with our products to better share with your followers.
Can you send me samples?
Unfortunately not at the moment. Our ambassador program gives you an exclusive discount that you can apply to your initial order to get familiar with our products.
What sort of guarantee does FNX offer?
If for any reason, within 30 days from date of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your order we will refund the purchase price.
