Execute 5 Sumo Stance deadlifts

*Keep sets between 65-75%1rm

13:00 AMRAP

1 round of thick DT (185/125)

12 deadlifts

9 hang power clean

6 shoulder to overhead 10 bar facing burpee’s 

This workout is you go, I go style. 1 person works while 1 person rests!
