As a Victory Club member you will have access to daily workouts from the coaching mind's at FNX! We will release workouts each day to our private blog that will go out at 6pm MST the night before. The workout structure will differ from day to day, but will include warm ups, strength portions and a WOD or HIIT style conditioning! The sequence of workouts through each week will be similar so that we can develop a "flow" or routine that will ensure progress! If you are new to training or not too familiar with HIIT style workouts that include functional movements with your body weight, barbells, dumbbells or kettlebells, don't worry! We've got you covered with a video that describes the intent or desired outcome for each session and movement demo videos so you know what to do, how to do it correctly.
What if you don't go to a gym or have a pull up rig or a barbell? Don't worry, we've got you covered with daily dumbbell only variations. If you have access to only 1 or 2 dumbbells at home you will be able to get a solid workout each and every day following our program.
Each week we will have 5 days of in the gym, intense training sessions and 1 day of active recovery in or outside the gym suggestions and 1 day of complete rest (Sunday).
